I can’t wait for you to try this delicious yet healthy chocolate pudding recipe. Great as a dessert, afternoon snack or as a way to curb cravings.
Quick and simple to make with only a handful of ingredients required. My favourite type of recipes đ
Here’s what you need and what to do:
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp ground almonds
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut or almond milk
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- A pinch of Celtic sea salt
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees fan
- Add the dry ingredients into a small bowl and stir to combine
- Add the maple syrup, milk and coconut oil, and whisk until smooth
- Pour the mixture into a ramekin and bake int he oven for 12-14 minutes (or until set on top but still gooey in the centre)
- Serve with fresh berries and if you like, a side serving of coconut yoghurt
