I can’t wait for you to try this delicious yet healthy chocolate pudding recipe. Great as a dessert, afternoon snack or as a way to curb cravings.

Quick and simple to make with only a handful of ingredients required. My favourite type of recipes 😉

Here’s what you need and what to do:

Ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil
  • A pinch of Celtic sea salt

Method:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees fan
  • Add the dry ingredients into a small bowl and stir to combine
  • Add the maple syrup, milk and coconut oil, and whisk until smooth
  • Pour the mixture into a ramekin and bake int he oven for 12-14 minutes (or until set on top but still gooey in the centre)
  • Serve with fresh berries and if you like, a side serving of coconut yoghurt
